For over 20 years, Kasper has been a professor in the Guitar Department at Berklee College of Music, developing innovative approaches to guitar education.
He developed three groundbreaking performance labs — Creative Applications, the Jimi Hendrix Lab, and the Jeff Beck Lab — that help students move beyond technical proficiency toward artistic expression.
